(Secretly Healthy) Brownie Batter Dip

Hey there, how’s everyone’s Sunday going so far? 🙂

It’s actually a little chilly and rainy here and it makes me want to just bake and watch movies the rest of the evening!

In attempt to satisfy my “baking” for the day, I suddenly got the urge to whip up some up some of CCK’s Dark Chocolate Brownie Batter Dip (even though it’s a no-bake dish, but I was desperate)! When I opened up our cupboard and discovered we had no white or garbanzo beans needed for the recipe, a shiny new can of black beans was staring me in the face. I picked it up and wondered….

I must say, it turned out pretty fantastic. I promise there are no hints whatsoever of black beans. You could definitely add more peanut butter, almond butter, or any other nut butter of choice! It would taste weird without some source of fat.

It would also be paired perfectly with fruit, graham crackers, a spoon, or your finger…(I may or may not have done that).

Unfortunately, the natural light in my house wasn’t great, so I don’t have a picture of the dip. 🙁
