Hello hello hellooooo!! 🙂

HAPPY FRIDAY!

How cute are Snoopy and Woodstock? The two best friends anyone could ever have!

It may be rainy and cold here, but today’s salmon recipe will remind you of warm, sunny weather and long nights in front of a bonfire.

If you haven’t checked out the blog, The Lemon Bowl, you really should. Liz Della Croce’s Middle Eastern flair on most of her recipes is so unique and makes them really delicious! Healthy eating is made simple, especially in this recipe.

5 ingredients and 15 minutes?! YES PLEASE.
This would be perfect for a night after you were against the clock all day and now you want to sit on the couch with a cup of tea (or glass of wine) and watch Netflix. Sounds like a solid Friday night to me!

Fortunately, I get to perform 3 times this weekend! At my university, this show is completely student-run, including lighting designs and the choreography. I’m loving this picture of my friend Jess and I from dress rehearsal last night. The piece was choreographed by our other friend entitled, “Let’s Switch Dimensions”.

Okay, back to salmon. 🙂 As always, feel free to adapt the recipe to your needs, but I don’t think you’ll have to!
