Long time no talk! HAPPY MONDAY GUYS.
It’s been a crazy 5 days but HI! My audition on Thursday went reaaaally well and the artistic director gave me great feedback. Then she said she wants to see more of me, so YAY! 🙂
Life is happening.
Speaking of life, I’m really excited about today’s post for many reasons.
First of all, this is a long time coming. Secondly, you might recognize the name in the title of this post, Kylie Mitchell, who was one of my featured Warrior Women! (P.S., sorry about the absence of that series. I promise it’ll be coming back soon!) Thirdly, I feel like anyone could benefit from this no matter what their relationship with food or their body is.
Introducing….the “How To Eat” e-course by Kylie, of Imma Eat That!!!
I know what you’re thinking…“I already know how to eat, I’m a human aren’t I?”
Well yes, but this course is different. Instead of telling you what kind of foods to eat or labeling foods as “good” or “bad”, this 7-module course will help you love and accept your body and develop the basic knowledge and principles of intuitive eating.
After struggling with binge eating for years, Kylie is sharing all of her tools and tricks to help you “ditch the diet” for good. She’s been working very hard on this since March, and she finally announced on Thursday that the course is available to purchase!
Here’s a taste of what you get:
- 7 E-modules with videos, handouts, and a summary
- Diet Mentality vs. Non-Diet Mentality
- How To Eat
- Physical + Emotional Hunger, and Self Care
- What’s Keeping You Stuck + HAES
- Set Point Weight Theory + Body Image
- Truly Healthy Movement
- Curiosity Over Judgement
Also, you know you’re getting the best information because Kylie is is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters of Public Health.
I don’t know about you, but I’m really considering enrolling in the course. Once you enroll, you have it for life to refer back to as much as you want! The course is completely self-paced online so you can decide when to start and end. Pretty awesome right??

Again, even if you’ve never experienced an eating or body image disorder, I still think anyone could benefit from this course. It’s time to make peace with food and your body once and for all. 🙂
“My goal for this course is to teach you the basic tools and knowledge you need to have a truly healthy, beautiful relationship with food and your body.” – Kylie H. Mitchell,MPH, RDN, LD
Now tell me…
- How do you feel about intuitive eating?
- What’s one food you can’t live without?
