I’m a firm believer of snacking well and snacking often, as long as they are whole, nourishing, and won’t leave me feeling greasy and gross later! Below you will find some of my favorite snacks to eat, along with popular snack foods that require no recipe.

Homemade Protein Bars

A handful of raw almonds (or any other nut/trail mix)

CARROTS with anything. Mostly hummus or ketchup. (It’s delicious okay?)

Raw fruits/vegetables

Cottage cheese

Raisins

Plain Nonfat Greek yogurt with fresh fruit

Homemade Wheat Thins

Dry Roasted Edamame (my new obsession)

Quest Protein Bars (any flavor)
