Hellloooooo everyone!!
HUMP DAAAYYYYYY!!! 🙂
It’s a good day to be alive, right?
Speaking of alive, I want you to welcome the newest member of the family to A Dancer’s Live-It…..
MY NEW FOOD PROCESSOR!
The phrase here is “treat yourself”. 😉
While I loved my little 3-cup mini chopper, I knew I needed something more appropriate for bigger jobs like nut butters, hummus, guacamole, cookie dough dip, and these Chewy Apple Pie Bars!!
Get ready for the easiest recipe of your life.
3 main ingredients with 3 spices.
It honestly tastes just like apple pie!!
And I know, Thanksgiving isn’t here yet but I already smell fall in the air.
That’s a frightening thought…..
Anywhooooo, all you need to make these magical is a high quality food processor or Vitamix. You really have to let it go for about 3-4 minutes to get the right consistency.
These would perfect as an energizing snack before a workout, after a workout, or even just as a pick-me-up during that dreaded afternoon slump! (For me, that’s around 3pm…)
These were brought to you by Hello Healthy, or the MyFitnessPal blog! 🙂
