Yep, it’s another rainy day, but that doesn’t mean a hill of beans because it’s FRIDAY! Sure, I have rehearsal today. And tomorrow too. But I’m not gonna let that bring me down! 🙂
Other happy news: it’s Fishy Friday, duh! I’ve got a recipe that I’m DYING to try, only because I’ve heard so much about zucchini noodles, or “zoodles”.
Have you heard of them too?
They’re supposed to be delicious and sooo easy! All you do is cut up a zucchini into noodles using either a mandoline or a spiralizer. I recommend a spiralizer because they’re easier to find.
And speaking of easy, this recipe could not be any easier! Shrimp, zoodles, garlic, oil, white wine, and lemon juice. Sautee in a pan and you’re done.
Consume.
